I’m Bianca, Your Go-To Sports Dietitian for Real, Sustainable Performance

In addition to being a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience- I’m also an indoor cycling instructor, music enthusiast and your coach, motivator, and hype girl rolled into one! I’m here to help you fuel like an athlete with purpose and confidence.

At Fit & Fueled Nutrition, I combine sports science with real-life strategies that fit into your training, your schedule, and yes even your social life! Because performance nutrition should make you feel stronger & confident, not stressed.

I knew pretty early on that sports nutrition was where I belonged. Growing up as a competitive volleyball player and now cycle instructor, I was always fascinated by the human body and how eating certain foods before a game or competition could change the way I performed. I grew up in a family where being together meant cooking together, and recipes were passed down like heirlooms! Each one holding a story, a memory, and a little bit of love. That curiosity, paired with my love for sports, turned into a passion for understanding how nutrition can be one of the most powerful tools for athletic performance… or the biggest roadblock if it’s not done right.

I’ve made all the classic mistakes. Over exercising on an empty stomach, skipping carbs completely, thinking “less is more” was the magic fix for everything. Spoiler: it’s not. After years of studying sports nutrition, becoming a registered dietitian, and working with athletes in the U.S. and abroad, I learned how powerful the right fueling plan can be for everyday energy, strength, and confidence.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition Sciences and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Houston, then went on to complete my Master’s in Nutrition and Fitness at Northeastern University. For over 10 years, I’ve worked across private practices alongside physicians, health coaching programs, and sports performance settings. Now, I help athletes from sport competitors to fitness enthusiasts and weekend warriors, find their personal fueling sweet spot so they can crush their goals without burning out.

I’ve been a cycle instructor for many years. The best part of teaching? Giving people the space to create, express, be cheeky and move in a different way without judgment. And of course crushing sprints!

My life changed when I lived in Australia for 1 year. This was one of the most transformative years of my life. It opened me up to new perspectives, cultures, music, friendships, and beautiful adventures on the other side of the world. Ask me about it!

Nature is my reset button. Fresh air is therapeutic beyond measure. I love to travel and explore with my husband and Bernese mountain dog Duke!
